HRIS Analyst (Successfactors) Skills & Requirements:

1) Advanced knowledge of Successfactors system
2) Experience with following modules within successfactors: onboarding, recruitment, employee central

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain systems administration and data integrity of HR core systems and recruitment and onboarding modules – including process mapping, data acquisition, communication/change planning, functional testing, business rules maintenance, knowledge management
• Supervise the Processing Team responsible for maintenance of legacy systems, provide direction on daily activity ensuring that legacy data is updated in a timely manner.
• Partner with HR, IT and business partners to identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with project implementation as assigned
• Conduct regularly scheduled process and data audits, coordinate data clean-up with responsible parties
• Troubleshoot data issues between company systems as it relates to HR business processes
• Maintain and update HR sites and security groups within SharePoint
• Create and produce data reports and notifications to support business processes
• Collect, analyze, and summarize human resource data and trends into meaningful reports and dashboards
• Facilitate the standardization and improvement of operational processes to optimize HR delivery for the business while maintaining production environment integrity
• Identify HR systems training needs for Global HR and functional teams,
• Conduct user training on HR systems, modules and processes
• Assist in the management and reporting of HR programs, including but not limited to, FWA, Exit Interview, Onboarding Survey and Compliance Training initiatives

Position Summary
The People Operations and Systems team has been working with the Recruiting teams to standardize and globalize our processes and maximize the use of Taleo. Currently all recruitment, with the exception of lateral partners, UK graduates and contingent workers are managed through Taleo. We have established a Recruitment Shared Services team in Manila that supports all offices.

Our recruitment teams are now running a series of projects related to different aspects of the recruitment process from branding, careers pages, candidate experience and onboarding all aimed at ensuring that White & Case attract and hire the very best people.

We are now seeking a senior level Taleo System Specialist to join our HRIS team who will take on overall ownership of the system in terms of day to day management, upgrades and future development.

Responsibilities

The primary objective of this role will be to become the main interface between the recruiters, the recruitment shared services team, external vendors and the Taleo system. The role holder will be required to build sound relationships with our recruiters, senior HR staff, vendors, hiring partners and committees and be able to interrupt their requirements into streamlined business processes supported by Taleo. This role will require a deep technical understanding of Taleo and how the functionality can be configured to suit local and global requirements. Specific responsibilities include:

Collaborating with recruiters and external vendors on the configuration and optimization of Taleo
Work with the Recruitment Shared Services team to ensure the data to day activity is running smoothly and trouble shoot as required
Take the lead on planning and implementing upgrades and system enhancements
Liaise with the HRIS team to make sure data integration to PeopleSoft and other systems are optimized
Utilize business intelligence software to generate, analyze, and distribute data files, HR metrics and user requested ad-hoc reports
Serves as the primary contact for systems configuration, enhancements, upgrades, implementations, interfaces, production support, and data discrepancies.
Responsible for change control coordination in Taleo and for content libraries, process workflows, and correspondence, while understanding impacts of changes, including testing in staging zone prior to official changes being made in production.
Monitors error reports and metrics to identify and resolve bottlenecks and gaps within HR systems and process.
Leads integrated and user acceptance testing to ensure that HR systems meet the outlined requirements.
Monitors system functionality to ensure both internal and external user experience is optimal. Maintains system security control by adding/removing end-users. Serves as first point of contact with external vendor technical team.
Conducts research for use of new or additional features in HR systems. Creates user training material and conducts end-user training as new systems or functionality are introduced.

Supervisory/Management

Responsible for supporting the Recruitment Shared Services team, based in Manila, in their day to day operations including work allocation, issue resolution, training and service quality assurance.

Qualifications

Education/Qualifications/ Experience

Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree is required. Five years of system administration experience, to include technical back-end support to users of an enterprise wide Applicant Tracking System is essential.
Additional years of related work experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis up to two years. Experience with the Taleo or Oracle enterprise system is a prerequisite.
Experience with other HR systems such as PeopleSoft is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required:
